Registration Refund Policy
â€¢ Â Registration refund requests for good cause will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the event and must be submitted in writing to [email protected] The refund will be 80% of the amount paid and will be made after the event. There will be no refund for cancellations after this date or for non-attendance at the event.
â€¢ Â In case of postponement of the event, due to COVID-19, the amounts paid for the registration will remain as credit, for participation in the event on a date to be rescheduled and previously announced.
â€¢ Â In case of cancellation of the event due to COVID-19, the refund will be 80% of the amount paid and will be made within 120 days after the date of cancellation.
